Senior Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • You independently develop our social media channels on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok.
  • Control the content direction, frequency & the accompanying community management team
  • Coordinates with our design team, marketing, web development & product development
  • You will plan and execute accompanying social media campaigns and be responsible for the associated marketing budgets
  • You control the overall performance of the campaigns and monitor their success with the help of KPI reporting
  • As a direct contact, you holistically support well-known equestrian influencers & professionals

Location:

  • Worms, or remotely if you have the appropriate experience & can work independently

Your profile:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in social media marketing (focus on e-commerce & brand building) including operational campaign management.
  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads and Pinterest Ads is required
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Data Studio, Shopify & Adobe products is a plus
  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills, creativity, and ability to work independently
  • Hands-on mentality: when faced with challenges, you show yourself to be a doer (f/m/d) and also enjoy working your way into new topics
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
